The ideal candidate for this role will gain an advanced understanding of troubleshooting hosting technologies both unique to GoDaddy and also standard to the hosting world. You will have the opportunity to work with senior individuals in these roles and gather the understanding and skills to troubleshoot and maintain enterprise level environments.

Responsibilities:

• Employees will be required to provide advanced support via chat and tickets
• Employees will work with technical/product support for related departments including: Fraud, OCEO, Domain Services, Development groups and server administrators
• Success in this position would require an employee to handle escalated incidents through IRIS/Jira Service Desk
• This position would require an employee to test and assist in the resolution of system and process issues within the call center environment
• Employees will need to test and assist in providing a conduit of communication between the call center and the development teams
• The successful candidate must know how to assist management in developing approaches to address system and service challenges and opportunities
• The successful candidate must possess especially strong knowledge and be versed in GoDaddy Help, Confluence, and General Hosting Knowledge

Salary: P100,000 to P140,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM -6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 7 years of proven experience in Data Administration. Preferably 3-5 years handling subordinates/a team.
• Solid experience in data administration including an understanding of master data governance and management within a product related environment.
• Advanced MS Excel, VBA Macro and Powerapps skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis: can interpret and draw conclusions.
• Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., Master Data Management software, ERP systems, data modelling tools).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Certification in data management or relevant fields.
• Background in Microsoft D365, Power Platform or similar systems.
• SQL and Database management.
• Experience in a retail environment.

What will you do?

• Responsible for providing leadership in data management activities to a team responsible for the timely and accurate completion of master data origination and maintenance requests ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of organization’ master data.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure that data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality.
• Create and implement guidelines for data structure to ensure consistency in how information is stored, organized, and accessed.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensuring master data file updating and maintenance processes are effective, making improvements where required.
• Develop and effectively communicate standards for data access, usage, and security.
• Providing leadership in data management activities such as designing data models or developing new data management structure, processes and practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within master data management.
• Generate and present reports on data quality, trends, and performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• At least 5 years in Configuration Management Database – ideally Retail Industry exposure.
• IT Infrastructure technical experience specifically:  ServiceNow Platform, experience in Correlating Data in ServiceNow Database, Store Solutions, Security and redundancy, Large scale, complex and distributed business environments.
• Expertise in Windows desktop and server technologies including Desktop Applications.
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications.

What will you do?

• The CMDB technical lead is the technical resource defining and owning the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) platform.
• Defining requirements and creating a CMDB blueprint. Ownership, maintenance and enhancement of technical platform and processes and all related documentation such as but not limited to service and data models.
• Selecting tools to support the configuration management process.
• Constructing, populating, federating, and automating the data into the CMDB, which includes both the data and process perspectives.
• Moving the CMDB into production.
• Facilitates Configuration Management audits. Reviews and approves all changes to the Configuration Management System infrastructure where applicable.
• Reviews and approves significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to configuration management data are properly addressed.

• Provides and approves all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. in support of new or improving functionality of the Configuration Management System.
• Oversees the design, coding, and testing of reports as needed.
• Reviews and approves all requests for administrator log on credentials / access rights to the Configuration Management Tool (ServiceNow).
