The Application Support Analyst role is responsible for second level support and maintenance of managed Datacom client applications through its lifecycle. • Research productivity influencers and craft personalized outreach emails about ScreenZen.
• Update the ScreenZen Wix webpage with new influencer videos and walkthroughs.
• Search for research papers and content related to screen time.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, email drafting, meeting scheduling, and pre-meeting research.

Personal Tasks:
