WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a self-starter, hard-working, and dedicated team member to jump in and be a key part of our Client Experience team. 

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and nurturing Boldr’s Client relationships as well as developing and empowering Boldr’s Team Captains to be successful in their role. You will act as a business owner taking full accountability for the success of your Client and teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet our commitments to our Clients and doing so with the highest level of quality. 

You will help foster a healthy working environment for our team members by working with other functions and internal stakeholders (such as People Experience and Operations). You will represent Boldr to our Clients and act as our internal Client across various departments. You will need to be laser-focused on our operational performance and comfortable with the management of global teams on a daily basis. You will be responsible for day-to-day Client communication, performance reporting, training, and escalation management. Having an eye for details will be important as you’ll be maintaining all Client Success tools and procedures. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Processes

• Develop and maintain an authentic relationship with all the Client and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic advisor to our Clients and internal stakeholders by managing key points of contact and updating key challenges and opportunities.
• Execute daily and weekly reviews of our operational performance with Client stakeholders and Boldr leadership.
• Ability to work seamlessly with different departments namely: Implementation, Client Solutions, Finance, IT, People Experience and Office Operations.
• Communicating and resolving basic to complex inquiries and concerns in an accurate, valid, complete, and timely manner. 
• Create and manage Client contracts such as MSAs and SLAs. 
• Manage a team of Team Captains and monitor compliance against SLAs and achievement of Client KPIs.
• Partner with Team Captains to ensure documentation is constantly updated and identification of process improvements are sourced with the TC and their team.
• Facilitate Client Business Reviews in partnership with your SBU Head and organize the Boldr team to create these reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and leverage relationships and networks within the Client organization to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Update Hubspot deal cards and ensure all necessary items are appropriately invoiced.
• Follow up with clients on invoicing, pricing discrepancies, and other billing-related issues. 

People Management

• Plan and oversee hiring, onboarding, training, quality assurance, tool optimization, and team building.
• Supervise and develop Team Captains through guidance, observation, and performance management activities. 
• As needed, joins the Team Captain on calls with the Client, team huddles or coaching sessions to stay up to date with all Client and team developments. 
• This also provides an opportunity to observe the Team Captain’s presentation, Client communication and coaching skills. 
• Taking steps to ensure learning and growth through development plans and, when necessary, progressive counseling. 
• Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing positive and constructive feedback to team members.
• Establish, promote, and maintain the Boldr culture within the organization.

• Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Experience optimizing platforms such as ZenDesk, TalkDesk, Shopify  applications is also a plus.
• Know how  to use data to generate reports and assess the health and efficacy of a program, and how to take action to mitigate or improve.

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who will play a crucial role in the successful execution and management of our projects. This individual will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and organization of a variety of key deliverables associated with the assigned PROJECT. These deliverables encompass the foundational elements necessary for project initiation, monitoring, and conclusion:

Reports directly to the Software QA Supervisor and responsible for implementing and developing the test automation infrastructure of the Quality Assurance team, involving test automation development, establishing coding standards and best practices for test automation, analysis and discovery of tools, and maintaining the test automation environment where the test scripts will run on. 3. Reviews and collates test cycle metrics, including test progress, test results, defects found, overall testing status and potential risks, and reports to project stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or in a similar role.

What You Will Need:

• At least 5 years of experience working as Database Administrator for MS SQL

• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup (Twice a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg., Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Station, EDSA)

• Must be willing to work on a morning shift (6am to 3pm); with On-Call Assignment Monthly

• Non-Bachelor's Degree holders and College undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply

• Maintain backup and recovery process, including disaster recovery performance and tuning of database and application.

• Experience in performing and managing database copy.

• Knowledge of database backup and retention schedules and policies.

• Experience in copying database and storing it at the destination.

• Able to perform database recovery.

• Able to coordinate with support team for DB drive expansion and data reclamation.

• Support quarterly and yearly Disaster Recovery activities for database as part of regulatory compliance.

• Able to handle the DB patching on large scale servers, able to analyze and provide enhancement in patching process.

• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution.

• Set up and optimize high-availability and clustering solutions. Hand on experience on SQL Always ON with Log shipping.

• Good understanding of the delivery of SQL in Azure, particularly SQL Managed Instances

• Good understanding of T-SQL programming

• Capacity planning and monitoring database growth.

• Able to perform point in time recovery.

• Deploy, configure and manage on premises databases and cloud based database service like AWS and Azure.

• Stay updated with latest trends and advancement in on premises and cloud DB technologies and contribute to improving database practices within the organization.

• Knowledge on Vertitas Netbackup, Service Now would be an added advantage.

• Experience in project management methodologies is desired including ability to estimate, plan, manage and communicate activities/deliverables of a mid-size project plan, i.e., a plan that affects a single system or product family and uses multiple resources

• Working knowledge of at least one database management system or a proven ability to learn new technologies and use that knowledge effectively

• Effective communication and team skills with an ability to cooperate, present to and participate with peers/team members

• Basic knowledge of operating systems and systems administration concepts

• Personal commitment to stay current with latest technology concepts

• Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

• Identifies and resolves less clearly defined problems using established procedures and/or protocols as guidelines.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Meets commitments and provides excellent customer service at all times with internal and external clients.

• Provides status reports (written and/or verbal) that are detailed to tasks and difficulties encountered – enables managers to initiate escalation if necessary and assess areas where changes or additional support may be warranted.

• Ensures issues resulting in customer outage is escalated appropriately through TSG management.

• Assists application groups with design development that meet current and future business requirements:

• Participates in logical design process of strategic projects and responsible for the physical design/implementation.

• Provides specific direction on infrastructure design to support applications.

• Participates as a member of development support team on projects.

• Follows and meets project timelines and deadlines.

• Provides maintenance of physical database:

• Creates physical database objectives following established standards and processes employed by database team.

• Enforces database standards and follows up on inconsistencies.

• Performs routine reviews of databases and systems to ensure acceptable levels of performance.

• Reports problem performance areas and recommendations for improvement.

• Follows up on recommendations and actively pushes for implementation as appropriate.

• Understands and applies database concepts such as database definitions, parameters, database component placement, reorganization, access methods and security definitions.

• Works with capacity planning, operations, application developers and other TSG teams on database performance and access issues.

• Provides 24/7 support of production database environments.

• As primary administrator, provides on call support as needed for on-call issues with database environments and provides follow up and permanent resolution for reoccurring issues.

• Implements backup/recovery procedures to protect integrity of data in database environment.

• Actively manages backups along with other database administrators to ensure processes are successful and we can recover as a result.

• If necessary, participates in recovery of databases and assists with disaster recovery testing and documentation.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.
