In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and nurturing Boldr’s Client relationships as well as developing and empowering Boldr’s Team Captains to be successful in their role. The Technical Account Manager I (TAM-I) is an integral part of the Registry Customer Support Team. This position takes ownership and works alongside the technical and operational organizations to optimize Customer Experience, System Quality, and Operational Efficiency.

JOB SUMMARY :

The Data Management Assistant is responsible in performing general recordkeeping of the farms' operational information and in providing accurate data and reports for the farms. The position is also responsible in filing and organizing records and ensures the provision of quality and correct information by conducting audits to verify data.

Inventory Management:

1. Ensures accurate inventory count of stocks weekly.

2. Maintains enough level of farm supplies, medicines and vaccines to ensure availability for farm requirements.

3. Ensures proper care and handling of farm supplies by following the required storage conditions for medicines, vaccines and other supplies.

The Asset Management Associate derives meaningful operational metrics which align to OLA and SLAs across the function, and manages continuous improvements with regards to accurate and appropriate inventory across the enterprise.

Reporting to Visa's Director of IT Asset Management, this role’s primary focus is with inventory data maintenance.  As a business office function, this role has significant impact on the day to day success of the overall transformational journey of Corporate IT. The Asset Management Associate works with internal customers and peers to ensure data accuracy and lifecycle management of assets.  As needed, they support the delivery of financial and logistical acquisition of End User assets. She/He works with peers to derive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements through operational efficiencies as well as vendor management activities.
Areas of experience include data analysis around asset lifecycle, inventory management and reporting, process development, optimization and global logistics and on-time delivery of services/assets.

Essential Functions

Operational

Interact with end users via telephone, e-mail, and M.S. Teams to provide procurement support.

Managing the upgrade eligibility for mobile assets.

Managing the refresh of assets for their assigned region

Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload.
