Your key tasks

• Subject Matter Expert - you will be part of the Diverse Services team which work closely with the Service Desk team acting as an L2/L3 escalation. You will be supporting our end-users and stakeholders also via various channels (phone, email, tickets, and remote/on-site support) using advanced incident analysis and resolution techniques
• Proactive - Monitoring, maintaining, implementing changes, and improving various IT processes and services that is being handled within the Diverse Services team
• Courageous - Quick to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and be flexible enough to handle new tasks beyond your comfort zone
• Document master - Document systems, processes, and procedures you have responsibility for and keeping them up to date
• Task Finisher - Complete tasks and/or projects on time and within budget

About the Role:

We are not after years of experience, we essentially want people who are analytical and good communicators who can learn how our applications work, monitor dashboards, run reports, and configure user accounts/system preferences (not code related). Main Responsibilities

• Work with large datasets in Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint decks to present findings to various stakeholders
• Conduct product research and design compile findings in Google Docs
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
• Compile to-dos and build roadmaps for achieving strategic objectives
• Handle workflows, data collection, data entry, and analysis in proprietary systems.

Tools to use

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create accurate and compliant FHIRr5 questionnaires based on provided questions in PDF format and/or written requirements.
• Utilize tools to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the configuration process.
• Contribute to the JSON Structures library to simplify the process of creating questionnaires continuously.
• Use Adobe Acrobat to map questionnaire fields into PDF templates effectively.
• Efficiently design, set up, and oversee data dashboards tailored for non-technical team members, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness.
• Regularly update dashboards to reflect evolving needs and data streams accurately.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s data model, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of its nuances.
• Act as the bridge between technical data experts and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that data insights are actionable, relevant, and aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in configuring FHIRr5 Questionnaires, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat to map Questionnaire fields into PDF templates.
• Strong understanding of data dashboards design and management, emphasizing user-friendliness and clarity.
• Familiarity with data architecture principles and the ability to analyze complex data structures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies in the healthcare data analysis field.
