Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
• Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices and software applications
• Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately and comprehensively in the system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, technological advancements, and industry best practices
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
