As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll represent the account and interact with clients through resolving product or service problems and ensure they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You use empathy, patience and passion, coupled with product knowledge to effectively resolve the customers’ needs. Your day could see you:

·       Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution

·       Provide tailored-fit solution based on customer’s needs – Solution Specialist Way

·       Answer customer inquiries and transfer calls to the appropriate department as necessary

·       Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service

·       Create, maintain and update customer records with complete and accurate information

·       Contribute innovative ideas in the improvement of the customer journey

·       Ensure quality and standards, policies and procedures are maintained at all times

·       Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Quality Analyst for High Velocity Sales Team

OVERVIEW

Quality Analyst manage and implement a company’s quality assurance and control systems to ensure proper execution of products and client satisfaction every time. People in this role are committed to ensuring the sales associates are executing their jobs on the phone flawlessly whenever possible

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Direct audit activities 
•    Conduct same call observation and frequently evaluate effectiveness of the Business Development Representatives
•    Works in partnership with the Business Development Sales Manager to ensure that all associates are meeting call quality standards
•    Track trends and make recommendations for refresher and/ or up- training to the training and operations team
•    Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources
•    Implement, support, and manage practices for assuring that quality and processes are adhere to standards and internal quality audits
•    Coordinate control plans and action plans to achieve expected results
•    Lead, mentor, and develop sales associate to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives
•    Facilitate or lead quality training on quality management tools
•    Ensure that the sales associates are updated regarding new products, processes, and services launched by the company
•    Ensures effective monitoring and evaluation of the sales associates on a regular basis
•    Device systems or matrix to identify opportunities areas of sales associates and ensure proper feedback via Quality emails, instant feedback, counseling, short coaching,
•    Strive for continual improvement of the existing quality monitoring systems and the processes by which they are developed
•    Conduct calibration sessions between the sales managers
•    Develop reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities including daily quality score report, performance improvement initiative reports and monthly quality report
•    Develop new ideas to improve overall quality in the process
•    Conduct meetings regularly with inspection and audit team to help consistency in teamwork.
•    Involve in team driven actions to help improvements
•    Runs and analyzes reports and ensues that all reports are accurate and reliable
•    Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined here in

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•    2-3 years working experience in the related field in a BPO setting

Position Summary: 
Provides analysis to different functions primarily to Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Responsibility scope may include collaboration and back up supporting, but not limited to Manufacturing/Operations, SIOP,  Sourcing, Finance and management, of the entire business in reviewing, analyzing, documenting and validating user requirements, applications and processes. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business growth in the current and new revenue streams.

Major Responsibilities:
•    Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources.  Analyzes, reconciles and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement.  Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. 
•    Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity across the business. Creates and maintains workflows and approval processes based on internal stakeholder requirements 
•    Acts as subject matter expert for new processes, KPI’s, and data management. Collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Partners with various leaders to design optimal solutions that meet the business needs of our internal and external customers. 
•    Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
•    Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
•    Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
 

Required Education / Experience / Skills: 
•    With experience as a Data Analyst or a related field.
•    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably but not required ( Computer Science, Business and Sales related courses, Industrial Engineering) 
•    Detail oriented and accurate.
•    Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables).
•    Strong analytical skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
•    Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly. 
•    Very good communication skills, verbal and written.
•    Self-starter and a strong team player. 
•    Sophisticated problem-solver
•    High knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools
•    Strong understanding of SQL 
•    Python or R language experience

•    Power Platform Apps  - Power Apps, Power Automate
•    Oracle Knowledge
