Company is a Los Angeles-based intelligence platform that helps biopharma companies & investors make better decisions by automating manual processes and allowing them to run novel analyses. Today, biotech analysis is a cumbersome, limited and error-prone process despite significant investment hinging on their output. Sleuth will be building the infrastructure upon which more rigorous analyses & data aggregation will be built, changing the way that diligence & research is done in the bioeconomy. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry:

• Enter and update clinical trial information into designated templates / spreadsheets.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

• Conduct thorough desktop research to gather relevant information
• Leverage public & proprietary resources, including clinicaltrials.gov, PubMed, PDF reports and databases

• Perform quality checks on entered data to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, data management, information technology) would be a plus
• Experience in data entry or a related role, preferably within the biopharma or healthcare industry is a plus
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and terminology is a plus
• Strong research skills and the ability to extract information from scientific publications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using data entry tools and software (i.e. Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, etc.).
• Ability to set up basic VPN to setup location in the US would be helpful 
• Above Average English Communication Skills

About the Role:

We are a flight-tracking business so we need to maintain accurate databases of all airports, airlines, and aircraft. From the past and the future. We have been maintaining the databases ourselves for 4 years but are looking to hire someone now to do it full-time.

Reports of inaccuracies come via email and submission form from our users and this hire will need to confirm the accuracy using Wikipedia or other online searches, then enter the correct or new data into our online database backend, and then send a template reply to the user that the issue has been fixed.

So it would be very valuable if this person has an interest or understanding of commercial aviation. For example, each airport has two codes - JFK and KJFK - and each airline, and each aircraft. But they can overlap, or be difficult to find, and change over time, and the aircraft, in particular, have only very minor differences.

Key Responsibilities:

• We're looking for a full-time Data Entry Specialist. Someone who we can train to process invoices for us.
• We will need the talent to log into our system and use our setup for invoice processing.
• Manual data entry, reading the fields in the attached screenshot off of the invoice and entering them into our system with a focus on data integrity.
• We expect anywhere between 50 and 200 invoices on a given day. Invoices must be entered within 24 business hours of submissio

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year experience related to Data Entry and Analysis
• 1-2 years of experience handling invoices is preferred but is not a requirement
• Familiarity with both Excel and Adobe are also good to have but not required
• Any background in real estate, construction, or familiarity dealing with invoice processing would be great but is not required
• Above Average Communication Skills. Ability to read the invoice data including vendor names, basic project scopes of work, and date and financial data

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM EST (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM PH Time)

Responsibilities:

• Compare the received data with the items originally sent to the factory.

• Identify discrepancies in information, such as variations in quantities or incorrect item codes.

• Flag any discrepancies or inaccuracies for further investigation and resolution.

• Ensuring the accuracy of data and manually input the information into our software system (Oasis).

• Double-check all entered data for errors before final submission to maintain data integrity.

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure clear understanding of items requested and received.

• At least 2 full years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist
• Proficient in using Oasis
• Extremely detailed, focused, and efficient. They have to be able to work quickly without making mistakes.
• Accuracy is the most critical part of this job.
