About the role:

LRN team develops data specifically for a set of key product domains like eLearning, Disclosures, personalization and completions. We deal in AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, Glue, and Lambda. You'll build our data lake and partner with Product and BI teams to build new behavioral events, pipelines, datasets, models, and reporting to support their initiatives. You'll also assist to develop our analytics capabilities in Quicksight and build out our real time reporting capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide assistance to internal and external customers on all aspects of LRN's proprietary applications (functions include: campaign set up, system generated e-mails, system reporting, user data management, and customization) Please note these all are billable activities.

• Using defined systems and processes, keep both internal and external stakeholders updated as to the status of call tickets, requests, projects and changes.
• Update necessary tracking and reporting systems to ensure that group statistics can be tracked, managed and measured.
• Manage expectations of internal and external customers, ensuring capabilities are not exceeded to the detriment of the customer. Escalate issues related to capabilities where appropriate.
• Serve as an internal advocate for field personnel, as well as external customers. Prioritize requests based on need and impact. Work with internal stakeholders to address priorities.
• Prepare and present (in written and verbal forms) product information that will assist customers with the capabilities of LRN's systems.
• Maintain quality levels for all work related to customers’ requests.
• Ensure there is an ongoing dialog between LRN and each customer with whom the Partner Assistance Center team member is working.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years of L2/L3 level experience in a customer facing role in an application support environment. We value ability and experience to independently manage operational relationship with enterprise Partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English. This position requires above par skills to write and speak in English.
• Extensive experience in supporting enterprise customers based in US and Europe.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel. Should be able to understand and handle CSV files.

The Technical Support Representative, Tier 2 team assists the Tier 1 Support team by liaising between Support, Development, and Product teams. These experts are part of the technical leaders within the Assessment Delivery Operations and Support department (ADOS), providing regular feedback and updates on our client's issues with the product to both the internal ADOS Technical Support team and internal stakeholders. Similar to the Tier 1 team, the Tier 2 team works to establish if reported bugs are reproducible and create detailed escalations for Tier 3 by gathering logs and providing imperative information surrounding the issue.

Armed with this knowledge, these experts act as an informal escalation point for any questions the broader support may have about our products. Liaising with Tier 3, they give proactive feedback and input to Product, Internal Support, and Quality and Knowledge teams to improve the support we deliver to our customers. WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As our Senior Technical Support Specialist Tier III, you’ll engage with our potential customers, help new customers get the most out of Bark, and gather feedback from customers who choose to discontinue using Bark. You will be responsible for the success and retention of customers, while responding to and resolving escalated technical, product, or account issues. This is an incredibly important role that makes a direct impact on the company’s success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Act as the company gatekeeper using computer technology to handle email inquiries, and phone calls.
• Have scheduled availability for Tier III (escalated) calls, tickets, and chats.
• Participate in resource development to benefit the team at large in specified areas of expertise
• Respond to inbound customer service questions about product functionality, pricing, billing, and generally advise on company information.
• Provide suggestions for improvement or new features based on customer feedback and work with our engineering team to implement them.
• Provide thought leadership on your assigned shift for all Tier I and Tier II agents as it relates to troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Provide shift oversight when managers are unavailable to ensure efficient handling of all incoming customer communications Demonstrate proficiency in technical troubleshooting best practices and ability to document and escalate issues to the product team

• 2+ years of related experience is required for applicants with a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience working as a Team Leader
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via email, telephone, in-person, chat
• Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness.
• Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Experience speaking about technology with non-tech-savvy customers.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, and Zendesk (or other ticketing system).
