• Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.

• Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

• Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc. Also analyzes system impacts to other systems and procedures.

What you will need:   

• At least 10 years of experience with Project Management, P&L Analysis, Project Financials and Resource Management

• Must have worked in a capital markets environment (banks) or with financial services vendors handling banking clients

• Background in managing project implementations of Treasury Systems 

• Must have hands-on project management experience and must have been in the role of a dedicated project manager, responsible for delivering end-to-end Treasury projects for clients 

• Must be flexible with the working arrangement. Depending on the client, selected candidates should be open reporting onsite to a local client; work remotely or do business travel if assigned to clients overseas.

• In-depth knowledge of Financial Services products and services.

• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end project implementation life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, hybrid, iterative and other modern approaches to project implementation  methodologies

• Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology

•  Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies

About the role

About the team

Works closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

What you will be doing

• Operate and manage mainframe based test environments.

• Identify and resolve technical defects.

• Develop program logic for new test tools and modify logic in existing test tools and applications.

• Configure technical and application parameters to satisfy client requirements.

• Maintain and integrating new application components.

• Support implementation of new code into the production environments.

• Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation.

Reporting Line

• This position reports directly to the Connectivity and Products (C&P) Sales Manager and indirectly to the Director.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Generates and capitalizes on new sales opportunities in order to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibility.
• Prepares individual sales action plans in line with the overall sales strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business.

Specific Responsibilities   

• In conjunction with overall sales strategy, creates sales plans to grow SGS revenue for designated industry, market segment, accounts and/or geographical location.
• Identifies, conducts research, plans and contacts potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Anticipates, identifies, and comprehends client’s needs and pains and translates those into sales opportunities.
• Prepares quotation, service agreement, and tender within set deadlines.
• Ensures timely and professional submission of all information and proposals as requested by clients, ensuring follow-up until closure.
• Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports of sales activities, especially client visits/calls.
