About the role:

In a Project Management – Professional Services role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

About the role:
As a Technical Solution Consultant you will work with leading edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, identify the functional solution, propose new solutions, troubleshoot functional and performance related issues, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications along with providing technical development support to
our major banking clients.

• Design system Integration, Functional Design, propose new business and design logic, develop complex modules, define Java/API standards/design/develop reusable modules, troubleshooting functional and performance issues through working alongside the technical lead and support center to manage production incidents.

• At least 10 years of experience as an IT Technical Solution Consultant

• Strong background with Java, API, Cloud, Open Database

• Good to have experience with FIS Switch and Backoffice product framework

• Sound knowledge in development using Java, API, C++, Cloud Architecture

• Must have led or participated in defining and implementing business solutions for multiple projects in software development and client implementations

• Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycle and standards

• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines

• A bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related disciplines

About the team:

As part of the Regional Testing team, you will work with Experienced Payments Testing Professionals that are strategically located in India, Philippines, and Australia. You will work for a leading Australian banking client that is seeking to simplify, modernize, and digitize its switching and merchant processing solution under FIS’s managed service offering.

About the role:

As a Software Test Analyst, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.

What you will be doing:

• Reviewing functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.

• Identifying test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan (Test Strategy/Test Plan)

• Developing, documenting and maintaining the functional test cases and other test artefacts like the test data, data validation and harness scripts

• Developing, maintaining and upgrading manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans

• Executing and evaluating manual or automated test cases and report test results

• Performing usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security

• Organizing and maintaining the test script library

• Working closely with technical and non technical resources for quality of delivery and ensure all outputs are aligned with key project success metrics

• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms

• Assisting in the release process and with improving and automating the process

• Holding and facilitating test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members

• Identifying any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management

• Isolating, replicating and reporting defects and verifying defect fixes

• Complying with all FIS policies and procedures

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

• At least 10 years of background with software testing for Banking and Payments clients

• Must have background with transaction switching or Payments Testing experience (eftpos, card schemes MCard etc.) and has worked with Banking and Payments Industry.

• Must have experience in testing using stubs and simulators

• Must have experience in Schemes Certification testing using EMV

• Must be familiar with ISO8583 message processing & Switch – Payments processing.

• ISTQB Foundation Software Testing certification

• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies.

• A bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience in the following Applications: IST/Merchant Account & Settlement (MAS), IST/Clearing (CLR), Data Navigator, Connex &/or Webpay/Digipay

• Experience in the following Tools/Sims: Test Rail, Jira, FINsim

• Background with POS & ATM

• Background working with Australian clients is a big plus

• Presents, offers, follows up and makes sales transactions for SGS services.
• Develops and implements Marketing and Sales Plans to ensure a robust Sales pipeline and meeting Sales targets.
• Prepares sales reports via the CRM and keeping the CRM accounts updated.
