Wrist Service Center is looking for a Product Application Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring proper product onboarding of prioritized products from our strategic vendors to our PDX (Product Data Exchange) system. The purpose is to onboard the products and assist with setting guidelines for the requirements needed for the ship supply industry, both procurement and commercially

What you'll be doing:

• Onboard vendor products and ensure the data quality lives up to the agreed standard
• Assist vendors to enable them to deliver products and expand the catalog delivered to Wrist
• Use the product knowledge and application to assist with building a Wrist product catalog
• You will be in contact with stakeholders – both internal as well as external, around the world
• Act as a point of contact for vendors in relation to PDX inquiries, such as categorization support etc
• Follow up on the guidelines shared with our suppliers and internally to ensure a proper onboarding of products with useful data through our PDX and Master Data system
• Conduct data input monitoring and enrichment, ensuring the data is being submitted correctly and meets our minimum data requirements.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of shipping experience and experience with being onboard vessels is an advantage
• Ability to work structured and plan several days ahead
• On-hand experience within the maritime and shipping industry
• Knowledge about Excel and Teams and other Microsoft office program
• Knowledge about data collection/master data digital platform is an advantage
• Ability to work with high level of accuracy in a data-rich environment as well as build structure in data processing
• Communication skills in English as it is our corporate language
• Ability to keep good overview of multiple tasks at the time

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through the help desk, including

Tasks:

1. Day-to-day direct support for customer questions

• Inquiry Resolution: Promptly and efficiently resolve customer inquiries related to the usage, features, and benefits of products. This includes providing clear, concise, and accurate information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Technical Support: Address technical inquiries and issues via phone, email, live chat, and video calls. This includes troubleshooting problems, providing step-by-step solutions, and escalating issues to the engineering team when necessary.
• Customer Onboarding: Welcome new users and provide them with the necessary resources and guidance to get started with their app. Eventually, this will include 1:1 video sessions with new customers.
• Follow-Through: Follow up on resolved customer questions to ensure satisfaction

2. Documenting and improving the customer success experience

• Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the company. Gather user feedback on product features, user experience, and service satisfaction to inform product development and improve customer service practices.
• Documentation: Suggest updates to documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and how-to articles based on conversations with customers
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new product features, technology updates, and
• customer service best practices to ensure the highest level of support.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, technical support, or a related client-facing role. Experience in a technology-focused environment is highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable in providing customer onboarding support via Zoom video call.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with customer service software and tools and able to quickly gain familiarity with products and services.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able

The Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for working and liaising with AGS Program Office (PO) Teams to successfully sustain and evolve the technologies critical to the success of AGS client programs. This position includes developing a strong partnership, expertise, and oversight with specific Technology Partners, to ensure they strive for world class service and remain committed to continuous improvement in their products and services to help AGS achieve both short-term and long-term Client business objectives.

This position will be recognized as the technical subject matter expert for the specific technology. Analyze reoccurring technology incidents and identify areas of operational efficiencies for program improvements and growth to provide strategic consultation or resolution to AGS PO, Clients, and Technology Partners. This role is an AGS Technology Operations strategic position meant to drive significant improvements in PO processes, technologies, operations, efficiencies, and profitability. 

Responsibilities

• Support new user administration, including internal and external user provisioning
• Maintain internal and external process documentation to support user provisioning
• Support user security updates, including user role permissions and Identity management
• Understand the business operations, goals, and strategies of all POs for their assigned VMS technology and contribute to their success.
• Works closely with Technology Partners to align and lead them toward AGS Client objectives, account goals, and priorities.
• Acts as the escalation point for the POs about the VMS technology.
• Collaborates with other Professional Services team resources to serve our POs and Clients better.
• Establishes open communications with Technology Partners and PO teams.
• Provides best-in-class solutions and expertise for all technology support processes, incidents, and service requests.
• Is consulted and supports the Technology Operations workstream for new program implementations, technology implementations, and program expansions.
• Leads the planning, facilitation, and communication activities for significant technology releases for assigned accounts to ensure quality.
• Overall oversight for all technology service requests (enhancements, configuration changes, etc.) for their specified technology accounts to ensure appropriate levels of documentation, planning, vetting, prioritization, and testing to ensure quality implementation.
• Facilitates and participates in Client meetings around VMS technology issues, demos, or future service requests as required by the PO.
• Conducts Operational Assessments with the Technology Partner and PO on identified Client accounts. Responsible for driving agreed-upon deliverables.
• Analyze overall incidents and service requests to identify gaps in functional areas to drive problem resolution for items identified

The Survey Programmer is responsible for programming market research screeners of low to medium complexity against client materials. Their goal is to meet and exceed clients’ expectations in terms of integrity of collected data, adherence to agreed timeline and budget. Programming is done on the M3’s proprietary qualitative programming platform. Survey Programmer is a contributor to overall department efficiency by adhering to current best practices. They are required to work independently after the initial training.

Maintain full responsibility for online survey development and related tasks:

• Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner.
• End-to-end high-quality programming on M3’s proprietary qualitative programming platform.
• Strong understanding of screener flow supported by previous programming experience on any platform.
• Formulation of recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout.
• Identification and contribution to implementation of workarounds to address programming challenges.
• Utilize their past experiences to support process improvement, with a goal to increase capabilities, efficiencies, skillsets, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Expected to spend time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager and committed to learning the latest technologies in the data collection field.
