The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Freshdesk and the ability to integrate it with other software to enhance its functionality thanks to data analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Open for both Manila and Cebu applicants. At least 5 years overall experience in Development; at least 2 years in ServiceNow Development.

• Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Administration and configuration.

• Strong knowledge in Scripting within ServiceNow including Client scripts, Business rules, Script includes, UI Policy, Notifications, UI Actions and Access controls.

• ServiceNow Development , ServiceNow integration experience

• Must be willing to work on either morning or mid shift

• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup (currently 2-3 times a month)

• College Undergraduates / Non-Bachelor's Degree holders with relevant experiences are welcome to apply

Your main mission will be to contribute within the SaaS QIMAone team. QIMAone is a quality and compliance management platform designed to optimize control processes.
