Reports directly to the Software QA Supervisor and responsible for implementing and developing the test automation infrastructure of the Quality Assurance team, involving test automation development, establishing coding standards and best practices for test automation, analysis and discovery of tools, and maintaining the test automation environment where the test scripts will run on. To ensure sufficient overlap with functional and cross-functional team members globally, this position reports on a flexible night shift schedule (usually 8pm to 4am PHT, adjusted to 8pm to 5am PHT when Daylight Saving Time ends) and is eligible for night differential pay.

What you'll be doing:
Implementation of tools, standards and best practices 

1. Implements best practices for test automation and shares it with the team.

Automation environment maintenance 

1. Maintains and oversees the status of the test environments along its test data.

Test Case Automation

1. Executes test cases and/or scripts, including thorough regression tests, white or black box testing of new and existing functionalities, and manual execution of end-to-end scenarios.
2. Assesses scope of testing and create test suites in Zephyr for JIRA.
3. Reviews and collates test cycle metrics, including test progress, test results, defects found, overall testing status and potential risks, and reports to project stakeholders.
4. Investigates and debugs test failures, provides detailed reports and collaborates with the development team to resolve issues promptly.

What you bring to the table:  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or in a similar role.

About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application for our Trading Application FIS Trading Suite (formerly Valdi).

About the team:

As a member of Network Operations L1 Support team, the Sr. Application Analyst has the primary responsibility for monitoring the Corporate Visa Networks and providing first level response to assist in the mitigation or elimination of issues affecting network connectivity and impacting our clients or the Visa brand. The preferred candidate will need to possess strong technical and analytical abilities, to effectively monitor and support network connectivity on critical systems, resolve a high number of reported issues without need for escalation or assistance. Essential Functions

• Track, update and resolve all assigned incidents, changes, and problem tickets via the Ask Now management system, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate and meets a standard of high quality.

Responsibilities

The Senior Application Developer is responsible for developing, documenting, and supporting internal and client dashboard (standard and complex) using industry standard tools within company’s system. Follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps. Explore and learn other relevant programming language and application. Interaction with the end user to establish report requirements will be necessary.

Tasks

• Develop, maintain, and perform unit testing of internal reports and Cosmos dashboard (standard and complex).
• Define, execute, and interpret SQL/Snowflake queries. If needed, update data source query based on the client’s requirement.
• Create a conceptual representation of the data in SQL and Snowflake that is useful to Cosmos. Define the structure, relationship, and constraints of data understanding how data should be organized and used in a meaningful way.
• Transfer of pilot data onto portfolio monitoring platform for prospective client demonstrations, identifying the visuals based on the type of data set.
• Follow Definition of Done and process around Azure DevOps.
• Log time entries in NetSuite for BAU, change request, and other development activities.
• Perform Cosmos internal testing to ensure quality and compliance with the wireframe and mapping file.
• Review and create documentation for the onboarding client dashboard.
• Optimize workbook to ensure that best practices are being followed to maintain the performance speed of Cosmos.
