WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Summarize energy data and extrapolate results to estimate carbon emissions.
• Document the overall process from data capture to data synthesis and data summary.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by conducting quality checks and collaborating with relevant teams.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal data when needed.
• Stay abreast of changing environmental regulations, standards, and reporting requirements related to carbon emissions.
• Perform other roles as may be deemed necessary within the People and Legal Ops Department.

WHO YOU ARE:

• College Graduate
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including experience using Pivot Tables
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach
• Creative problem-solver and comfortable proposing solutions when the data available for analysis is incomplete.
• Willingness to learn and open to cross training.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY:
This role will be reporting to the Senior People and Legal Operations Manager and will support all functions of the Legal Department particularly  Corporate, Product and Commerce.

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
•    Assist on reviewing contracts based on playbooks and prepare redlines or summaries of deal terms for Corporate Legal
•    Review contract amendments (ensuring these accurately reflect deal terms) together with negotiating and concluding agreements.
•    Routine reporting on contract matters
•    Assist on Sec, 16 Filing, Equity Tracking, G&A support.
•    Data entry
•    Legal Research on Labor and Employment Law related matters.
•    Filing, archiving and general administrative duties
•    Providing ‘cover’ for other Paralegals within the department as reasonably required
•    Organize and track deadlines related to legal projects.
•    Coordinate, assist and support Corporate Legal

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•    Bachelor’s Degree. Legal background, knowledge or experience preferred but not required.
•    Experience with contract management systems and or data management preferred.
•    Experience with foreign contracts and integrating into templates on contract platform a plus.
•    Highly detail-oriented, organized and patient.
•    Good computer and system skills, including Word, Outlook & Excel.
•    Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team and other stakeholders.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Ability to check and proof -read contracts timely and accurately.
•    Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
•    Ability to work on US time.
