We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Associate Legal Assistant to join our team in Pasay City, Philippines. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality services to our business clients. The work will focus primarily on contract management operations, such as archiving contracts in Microsoft Dynamics, responding to requests for copies of contracts from lawyers and other stakeholders, and working with members of the legal and account teams to ensure the contracts being archived have all the required documents and profile information.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining an organized and up-to-date contract database using Microsoft Dynamics.

• Assist with extraction of attributes from intake forms and contracts, and performing basic administrative tasks including data entry.

• Work closely with legal teams, client contract management (CCM), and account teams to ensure all contracts being archived are complete.

• Respond promptly to requests for copies of contracts from lawyers and other stakeholders.

• Utilize available approved tools, such as Copilot & Visa secure ChatGPT to extract attributes from contracts for proper archiving.

• Support cross-functional teams to improve and streamline the contract archiving process.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline the contract archiving process.

• Report metrics such as volumes monthly or as requested.

• Assist with tracking variances and/or exceptions and reporting such variances and/or exceptions monthly or as requested.

• Provide guidance and support to junior legal assistant.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Legal Admin Support to work with our AU client and the team in Cebu.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to legal and administrative staff within an Australian national firm and assisting in financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handles reception, answering of phone calls and email inquiries
• Provide administrative support to lawyers
• Assist in drafting, and reviewing documents and correspondence
• Assist in managing and organizing files/data
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external clients
• Assist in data entry through Accounting Systems

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Legal Studies, or related experience.
• Experience as a legal assistant, paralegal admin, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
