• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Officer
• Uses Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts.
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
• Mastery of accounting and tax preparation software.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
• Attention to details and accuracy
• At least two (2) years of work experience in accountancy or any related position is required for this position.

What will you do?

• Posting of supplier invoices/receipts (Hubdoc/Xero) across up to 10 entities
• Rent/Management fees Invoicing across up to 6 entities
• Reconciliation - bank accounts, credit cards, loans, inter-company transactions
• Sending Statement of Accounts through LEAP legal software
• Sending Trust Statement through LEAP legal software
• Adding new employees / Suppliers
• Finance ad-hoc tasks
