About the Role
We seek a Legal Admin Support to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM – 3.00 PM.
Office-based position in central Cebu City.
To start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a Legal Admin Support to work with our AU client and the team in Cebu.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to legal and administrative staff within an Australian national firm and assisting in financial tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handles reception, answering of phone calls and email inquiries
- Provide administrative support to lawyers
- Assist in drafting, and reviewing documents and correspondence
- Assist in managing and organizing files/data
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Assist in data entry through Accounting Systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Legal Studies, or related experience.
- Experience as a legal assistant, paralegal admin, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
