Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in Xero system
- English communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in AU clients
- Handled multiple accounts/clients
- Background in Law firm
What will you do?
- Posting of supplier invoices/receipts (Hubdoc/Xero) across up to 10 entities
- Rent/Management fees Invoicing across up to 6 entities
- Reconciliation - bank accounts, credit cards, loans, inter-company transactions
- Sending Statement of Accounts through LEAP legal software
- Sending Trust Statement through LEAP legal software
- Adding new employees / Suppliers
- Finance ad-hoc tasks
