You may be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Managing and processing sales orders and invoices in a timely manner
• Contract Creation and Negotiation. 
• Sales Closing and After Sales Support
• Doing outbound calls to nurture Potential Leads
• Inbound and Outbound calls to close deals and secure contract signatures
• Answering phone calls and providing customer support to clients
• Organizing schedules and setting appointments
• Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events as needed
• Creating, updating, and maintaining client records on the company CRM
• Providing sales analytics and performance reports
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency of sales workflow
• Assisting in creating sales collateral and materials for client presentations
• Other duties that the role may require

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or other similar role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of proficiency in the English language
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom and other project management tools
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CRM software usage and management
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
• Experience with social media community engagement is a plus

System and Work Setup Requirements:

• A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
• Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
• A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work

We seek a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our new venture. This role involves working closely with our in-house teams, including Sales Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Marketing Managers, to ensure the successful setup and ongoing management of our operations. The Project Manager will be pivotal in tracking progress, identifying challenges, and ensuring milestones are met within set timeframes.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

• Coordinate with the Internal team to align project timelines, milestones, and resources needed

Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor Project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Provide Regular updates to the VP of Strategic Business Development and other stakeholders

Team Coordination

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among in-house teams
• Address operational, staffing and marketing aspects of the project

Problem Solving

• Identifying potential issues and proactively developing contingency plans
• Implement solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate in into project strategy

• Preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a remote or virtual staff setting.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to medical service providers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California Time.
• Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
