We are looking for a Strategy and Performance Manager (DMart) to join our growing business!
Responsibilities
Collate information and build presentations for monthly/ quarterly reporting purposes to local/regional senior management
Build relationships with other key stakeholders across finance, marketing, pricing & logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIs
Define timelines and track progress of key initiatives, communicating milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Provide insights and commentary on business performance to the QC regional performance team, for upwards reporting to Pandora C-Level management
Work closely with various teams within the QComm Department to track, monitor, and influence performance indicators of the business through the creation of insightful reports that drive data-driven decisions; and
Evaluate strategies and scale up adoption of marketing solutions, and campaigns and promotions aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention, and growth.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or any other similar quantitative field
Ability to work with large datasets, proficiency in using basic data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and MS Excel
Knowledge of SQL, and experience working with business intelligence tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI are a plus
Experience working with Salesforce or other similar CRM tool is a plus
Structured problem solving ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills
Good communication skills, i.e. must be able to liaise well with different teams
Team player but can work independently
Required language(s): English and Filipino
