Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with Title Companies and/or Law Offices on title related needs
- Working with internal Attorneys and Closers to prioritize files
- Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of the property
- Examine deeds, deed of trust, liens, judgments, easements and restrictions, etc.
- Determine if there are any underlying title issues that would prevent clear title for Lender
- Additional tasks, projects, or assignments as needed
