We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our professional services team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of Salesforce and Mulesoft projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for team coordination, project planning, monitoring, and controlling activities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Some key activities include:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Owning project risk management
- Owning project resource management
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure the quality of Salesforce and Mulesoft implementations.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
