• Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.

• May directly oversee employees assigned to manage specific project that have a distinct beginning and end. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

• Identifies project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions.

• May work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.

What you will bring:

• Must have skills/tools/experience -- Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines; Agile Methodology

• Nice to have skills/tools/experience -- Any voice technology experience such as Avaya, Nice, Genesys, Nuance IVR, Voice Biometrics, NLU (Natural Language Understanding)

Job Summary

About the team:

As a Business System Analyst I for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst and systems administrator to help onboard customers, provide support to internal stakeholders and connect applications to IdP Cloud, a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. • Verifies through testing that changes made by programmers to one part of the application do not impact other parts.

• Trains internal employees or external clients on changes, new systems or new procedures. Conducts one-on-one or classroom training depending upon the size or desire of the audience.

What You Will Bring:

• Must have skills/tools/experience: Contact Center Technology (Any IVR such as Genesys Cloud, Nuance or NICE CX One), Visio Diagram

• Nice to have skills/tools/experience: Agile and Waterfall Methodology

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience

• Must be amenable to work on a Hybrid setup (twice a week). Office location is at Ecoplaza Building, 2305 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati

• Project Planning and estimation

• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

• Developing user stories

• Must be willing to work on a night shift (9:00pm to 6:00am Manila Time - Weekdays)
