Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation sessions
• Document and maintain detailed business process flow diagrams, system requirements, and user stories
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions or system modifications to meet business needs and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct testing prior to endorsement to Team Lead. Resolves testing findings.

• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance activities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• With at least 3 years' work experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Must have accounting background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in software development methodologies
• Knowledge of business process modeling and standard analysis techniques
