The Project Manager will be focused on managing services engagements, acting as the primary engagement manager for our clients. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet our clients’ expectations. The projects you will manage will be primarily focused on revenue enablement, including the creation of courses, job aids, in-person events, and other training materials.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Plan, organize, and manage revenue enablement projects, including course creation, job aid development, and other related services
- Monitor project status, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including instructional designers, content writers, and external subject matter experts (SMEs), to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client expectations
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects are delivered within financial constraints
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and client satisfaction
- Native or Fluent English speaker
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a High Tech services or consulting environment
- Experience managing projects related to revenue enablement, such as course creation, training programs, or sales support materials
- Strong understanding of the content creation processes, including instructional design and multimedia development
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Highly skilled in spreadsheets and data visualizations
- Ability to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Able to create repeatable templates that can be used to scale projects
Ideally having:
- Experience managing global projects
- A PMP certification is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Experience working with revenue enablement tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or CRM systems
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project with AI capabilities for predictive analytics and task management
- Proficiency in using automation tools to streamline project workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency
- Knowledge of virtual workspaces and digital whiteboards that facilitate real-time collaboration and brainstorming
- Experience with collaboration tools for seamless communication and task management across distributed teams
