Octal Philippines Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Business Analyst to enhance our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and developing solutions to optimize performance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct thorough analyses, and ensure that our systems align with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
- Analyze business requirements document, and seek-approval from end user
- Collaborate on project team on completion of deliverables. Facilitates meeting of EMR vendor and company's end-user
- Conduct testing prior to endorsement to end-users. Conducts initial investigation prior to endorsements to EMR vendor
- Document design and resolution to test findings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
