JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicates daily with their respective Planners, inform them on a significant change, issues, concerns and provides projection on a per package per lot basis with thorough analysis.
- Prepare/Assess daily detailed report per operation per Planned Completion Date and send out priority loading to Operations and Planner for review and reference.
- Reviews/analyzes daily late lots and work in process, provide alternative courses of action regarding production flow variation.
- Coordinates with support group Material Review Board on issues on a lot per lot basis regarding the disposition and other investigation going on as a basis on changes and improving Planned Completion Dates as part of Maintaining a reliable commitments that may vary depending on the final disposition by the Management.
- Ensures accurate work in process movements, i.e. actual lot location against Oracle/Camstar status.
- Coordinate priority revision notices per Planner feedback and ensures the Planned Completion Dates are updated in Oracle.
- Reviews commitments and provide heads up review to respective Planner on the issues that may affect the Planned Completion Dates and provides changes and updates any progress with the Planner.
- Performs All Shipment related Oracle transaction properly Performs document reviews Bonding Diagrams, CAS to ensure all are tally in actual against production use.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree any 4 year course or at least 1-2 years of directly related experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in Oracle System and familiar in manufacturing set-up
