About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Budget and Resource Management

• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure that project resources are available and meet budgetary requirements.

Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in [specify industry, if needed, e.g., IT, construction, finance].
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).

 Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and banking clients.  Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Redmine).

 PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster certification is a plus.

 Experience with API integration and/or data migration projects is an advantage.
