Requirements:

• To assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition to assist the organization to acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones
• He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts
• Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors' degree in any of general subject courses.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Brand Marketer to join our team. We are in search of a visionary professional with a finely tuned creative eye and a robust background in performance marketing. 

Are you passionate about creating captivating content and persuasive copy? Do you excel in strategically deploying content across various channels, with a special focus on paid social and landing pages? We are looking for a candidate who not only understands the art of storytelling but also possesses the technical know-how to measure content performance, driving improvements through meticulous iterative testing.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in executing our comprehensive marketing strategy, contributing significantly to content creation, paid social initiatives, website design, and email campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creative talent sourcing: sourcing talented models, photographers, designers, editors, and creators that fit our brand feel and vision.
• Content and ad inspiration sourcing and brainstorming
• Landing page construction and testing (no coding needed, just creating layouts with existing templates)
• External email agency management: providing feedback on copy and design, checking previews and managing communication between teams
• Leading quick-turn ad iteration with designers and editors

This multifaceted position will immerse you in a variety of core business functions related to marketing. Your ability to swiftly adapt, learn new platforms, and seamlessly transition between different job functions will be crucial. As an integral member of our team, you'll be encouraged to wear several hats, contributing to the dynamic and collaborative spirit that defines Vincero.

Ideally this role would eventually expand to include:

• SMS management: working with contractors to draft copy, scheduling sends, and updating flows (huge bonus if with experience)
• Site merchandising and organization
• General web development management (willing to train all 3)

• Experience in building landing pages, especially in Shopify
• Writing effective prompts for AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest in terms of organic content distribution and content/creator sourcing
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution software a plus (Google Analytics, Northbeam, Rockerbox, Wicked Reports, etc.)
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the role
• Above average to Excellent Communication Skills
