• Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Information Technology
• At least 2-3 years of work experience related and focused on Business Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, Systems Design and Analysis, Project Implementation and other system development related activities.
• Knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions is a huge plus.
• Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as: Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).
• Basic Networking Skills.
• Working knowledge on basic programming and internet tools (e.g. Web Browsing, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS).
• Sound Documentation and Communication Skills.
