The Business Process Engineer should support the innovation in the operations processes by understanding emerging technologies, spotting for opportunities on how it can solve existing business challenges, and execute development / engineering to realize said opportunities.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Business Requirements Analysis
  • Have a good orientation of the processes involved and spot for opportunities where technology can be leveraged
  • Elicit business requirements and validate understanding to align with business needs
  • Develop the needed documentation to express these requirements

• Solution Engineering and Delivery
  • Recommend technology or process improvement solution candidates to solve an identified business problem
  • Participate in technical solutioning and design for low to mid-complex use cases, taking into consideration the available tooling, busines requirements, urgency, and other provisions for future and unexpressed requirements. Align with senior BPEs on implementation consideration for complex use cases.
  • Develop, and/or configure solution platforms (automation, low-code / no-code technology, dashboards, etc.) in place to deliver benefits to the organisation
  • Perform Quality Assurance on solution components developed
  • Support deployment of solutions to development, test, and production environments
  • Liase with different stakeholder groups to ensure that the solutions will be deployed correctly, other risks are considered, and have mitigations in place
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation for the solutions deployed
  • Support technology implementation of both in-house and/or external projects

• R&D & Technology Thought Leadership
  • Keep oneself up to date by researching emerging platforms to identify possible opportunities where it can be applied
  • Participate on retrospective review sessions, execute possible refactoring activities
  • Ensure continuous update on already deployed technologies and explore new features that could be taken advantage of when applicable
  • Support technology awareness campaigns, facilitation of related training, and ideation sessions through design thinking
  • Participate on other analysis / insighting activities aimed at continuous improvement

Business Development Representative – Role and Responsibilities

• Leverage sales technology (sales automation platforms, CRM, etc.) to execute high-velocity sales process through high volume calls and email outreach, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, and other channels of communication
• Research on prospects using all channels and tools available and approved by the company
• Execute prospecting activities on the list of active, inactive, and potential customers
• Generate and convert prospects from outbound activities and inquiries into potential sales opportunities
• Influence and set an appointment for the prospective clients to engage with our sales team, attend our webinars, meet with us at different events and roadshows, progress a sales conversation that would lead to a won deal
• Build & maintain prospect database from various tools, such as existing company database, search engines, LinkedIn, external databases, etc.
• Manage data input for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged in the company’s CRM tools, and all information are accurate

The Successful Applicant - Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Self-starter and can produce a great amount of output daily without undermining the quality of work
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a fast phase working environment
• Demonstrate good attention to details and organizational skills
• Experience in using Salesforce and other CRM is an advantage
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and high-performing team player who can work cross-functionally

1) Regular field monitoring of Hopheads', Crazy Carabao Craft Beers products' distribution, merchandising and pricing in designated on-premises and off-premises accounts (day & night accounts)

2) Foster and cultivate good working relations with accounts'/ Outlet's key buying personnel

4) Engage with the consumer thru periodic promotions and activations

5) Prepare and submit weekly reports

7) Responsible in placing stock requirement, monitor incoming POs up to delivery fulfillment to the assigned accounts

8) Close coordination with finance for collections and payment terms
