Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning, Scoping, Contracting and Implementation

Performs a wide range of support and facilitation functions to help accomplish project development activities from project scoping to project implementation, such as

• a. Providing inputs for Terms of Reference(TOR), Employer Requirements(ER) and Invitation to Tender(ITT), as applied

• b. Conducting site visits

• c. Assisting in the shortlisting of firms, tendering, evaluation and selection of contractors and consultants

• d. Assisting in the preparation of contractor agreements

• e. Supporting the management of contractor/consultant performance of works by reviewing submissions and compliance with the contract terms and conditions finalization of the project contract.

2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• a. Provides inputs in completing the documents necessary for securing permits and licenses (agencies, LGU’s, etc.) to support legal and regulatory compliance and ensure each project is properly authorized prior to implementation

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Presentations

• a. Support conduct of project presentations, information and education campaigns (IEC) and stakeholder engagement sessions

Qualification Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering Course (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)

• Professional License/Certifications - Licensed Engineer

• At leat 5 years of experience.

• Carries the view of all campaigns planned by their assigned business/businesses within the quarter/semester/year and is able to align these with masterbrand equity-building efforts and to track success of business/brand proposition, and to link these to cumulative segment penetration over time.

• Understands the Globe masterbrand –  target audience segments, attributes and equity, branding identity, and assets; is able to guide and align segment campaign design.

• Guides and develops a team of channels/media and creatives, whether internal and external, to design, build, and launch business-targeted campaigns that show deep insight (consumer/culture/category/product) leading to a well-thought-out role of the brand; that use the ideal communication channel mix given the audience; that accurately express the campaign intent across creative formats or executions; that comply with pre-set rules, guidelines and approval SLA for ASC, DTI, and relevant external partner or, agencies;  and which can be properly measured against identified brand health attributes.

• Owns and manages relationships with internal business teams and external communication agencies; oversees process, scope, and ways of working, and all administrative requirements to keep these running smoothly.

Job Description

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive research usage and customer engagement.  Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop engage marketing programs to drive retention and customer growth such as new customer onboarding program, client at risk program, referral program.  Deliver marketing activities to assist sales and product teams on meeting revenue targets.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the marketing objectives are aligned with the other departments goals.  Partner with the marketing director to develop and monitor metrics and dashboards to understand industry trends and practices.  Identify trends and insights from existing database to drive engage campaigns.  Measure and report performance of all marketing activities: analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting.  Develop KPI framework and benchmarks to measure success of campaigns so to ensure continuous improvement.
