Job Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of Project/Business Management, including but not limited to; Initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and controlling including change control and project closure – ensuring predictable and successful delivery.

About the role:

The Assistant Project Manager's key role include the following:

• Work with project team and create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities and resources needed to successfully complete the project
• Prepare Project Schedule, Project Execution Plan
• Procurement management, including coordination for various trades including preparation of Request for Proposals, Review of Bids, Recommendation, Contracts Review and Awarding of Successful Bidders
• Execute the project according to the project plan
• Develop records to document project activities
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secure •    Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustment as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests •    Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Site Coordination, Monitoring, and Supervision- ensuring all works are done as per schedule and within the budget
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance
• Prepare reports and supporting documentation
• Analyze risks and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) , Architecture or equivalent. 
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably with experience on Commercial Interior Fit Outs/Warehouse/Industrial projects
• Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and time management skills
• Critical mind, able to make effective decisions quickly and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication
• Result driven mentality with strong ability to meet deadlines

We seek a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our new venture. This role involves working closely with our in-house teams, including Sales Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Marketing Managers, to ensure the successful setup and ongoing management of our operations. The Project Manager will be pivotal in tracking progress, identifying challenges, and ensuring milestones are met within set timeframes.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

• Coordinate with the Internal team to align project timelines, milestones, and resources needed

Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor Project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Provide Regular updates to the VP of Strategic Business Development and other stakeholders

Team Coordination

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among in-house teams
• Address operational, staffing and marketing aspects of the project

Problem Solving

• Identifying potential issues and proactively developing contingency plans
• Implement solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate in into project strategy

• Preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a remote or virtual staff setting.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to medical service providers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM California Time.
