What are we looking for?Â
Skills Required:Â Â
- With at least 3 years of experience as an IT Project CoordinatorÂ
- Proficiency in Managed Engine, 4me or any project management software Â
- Proven success in a corporate environment, demonstrating the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Â
- Experience in project management documentation and implementing processes Â
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of management

- Proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to ensure project success. Â
- Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and deliverables

What will you do?Â
- Project Coordination and Planning: Ensure property projects are organized and adhere to timelines and scope requirements. Collaborate with regional managers to define project requirements and maintain clarity and alignment.Â
- Resource Coordination and Task Management: Coordinate resources to keep projects on track, ensuring they stay within scope, schedule, and budget. Assign tasks based on team roles and expertise, and manage resources to enhance project efficiency and deliverable output
- Performance Tracking and Portfolio Management: Create and maintain a project performance database to track progress and milestones. Oversee the property portfolio, ensuring it meets timelines and project requirements.Â
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, report, and escalate project risks and issues to appropriate management channels, following the project work plan to ensure timely resolutions.Â
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as the main communication point between internal teams, external resources, and stakeholders, including vendors. Ensure regular, transparent communication with property teams and maintain relationships for successful project outcomes and partnerships.Â
- Partnership Development: Strengthen partnerships with internal/external resources, including third-party vendors, to ensure smooth project execution and long-term collaboration.Â
