Position: Project Manager with Agile and Software Development Expertise

Working Hours: Full-Time Mon - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Holidays: US Regular Holidays; PTO can be requested on a need basis

Salary: $900 - 3500 (depending on experience and client’s final offer)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and a strong background in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have the capability to implement Agile practices effectively and possess a certification such as Scrum Master (preferred). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing software projects, ensuring that Agile methodologies are followed, and utilizing tools like Trello or Jira to track project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Implement and manage Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, within development teams.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Trello to track and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile practices.
  

• Has at least 4-5 years of relevant experience performing the same role as a Project Manager
• Has extensive experience in software development projects, specifically with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL databases.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, with a focus on SCRUM.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Experience in integrating third-party services, including payment systems and other APIs.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL databases.
• Proven ability to integrate third-party services and APIs.

Job Summary

Assist sales representatives in uncovering prospect requirements and identifying product functionality gaps to develop, recommend and package the best possible product and/or service for client prospects.

What you will be doing :

• Primary role would be to ensure effective design and develop, validate and support activities, to assure that FIS client/s are satisfied with high level of service in the technology domain.

• Work closely with members of the sales Team/Product teams and engineering teams in developing newer solutions and automation.

• Gather the requirement and specification to understand the client requirement in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements. 

• You will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to technology leads and project managers.

• Mapping customer requirements and proposing a technically viable solution or service from within the company is offering.

• Improving customer go-live effectiveness through domain expertise, product knowledge, requirement gathering and solution design.

• Own and maintain the product upgrades and continuously enhance them in line with the development of the platforms.

• Support implementation efforts by building in-depth expertise in solutions.

• Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers/vendors and can switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands.

What you bring : 

• Strong understanding and experience in network Routing, Switching, DC networking, Protocols, and solutions.

• Knowledge and experience in SD-WAN Technology.

• Experience with network monitoring tools, reporting and capabilities.

• Knowledge in different types of circuits: MPLS, DIA, Broadband, SIP/PRI, Point to Point and Wireless solutions. 

• Understanding and experience in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).

• Knowledge in firewall and Products: Cisco routers, Switches, Access point. 

• Knowledge in Voice solution – Call manager, Cloud calling, Webex and 8X8. 

• Work with the technology team to aid the development of the platform roadmap.

• Excellent oral communication and impeccable written communication skills. 

• Should be willing to continuously coordinate with clients and business development teams spread across the globe as well as teams. 

• Strong project management skills and a research -oriented approach
