Your Responsibilities

About the team:

• Create automations, process improvement processes and innovations within SF to improve business processing and improve user experience.
• Manage, action and status assigned tickets and requests by stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitor Salesforce new functionality releases which would be beneficial to the company.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose an optimal solution using Salesforce.
• Create and manage email alerts either via condition or frequency.
• Troubleshoot issues in Salesforce such as Automation failures, user issues or within capability troubleshooting.
• Assist AGS360 Salesforce team, Marketing team, Business Development team, Lead Management team with within scope ad hoc tasks such as DB builds, report setup, upload and exports, modification and basic new user trainings.
• Performs other related duties and tasks defined by the team on a case-to-case basis (within scope)

About the Role

The Power BI Business Analyst role involves client interactions while designing and maintaining solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate on project scopes and objectives with clients.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions and dashboards.
• Implement Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for effective data modeling.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Possess strong business acumen to understand clients' cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets.
• Interpret financial reporting requirements within a business context.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; emphasis on skill level.
• Above average to excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Data Modeling.
• Strong understanding of how businesses analyze cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and its alignment with business objectives.
