• Investigate/elevate financial project issues such as segmentation, work at risk, and revenue recognition during project setup.
• Review scope definition documents and support PM with development of Work breakdown structure development (and maintenance during execution), to support proper job setup for cost and schedule development, progress tracking, risk analysis, and client billing.
• Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring schedules and preparing status reports and staffing curves, in alignment with the scope of work and resources, including subcontractors and consultants, planned to execute scope.
• May coordinate/assist other Project teams/procurement in coordinating documentation to support procurement of required sub-consultants and vendors.
• Support PM in the development and review of project cost and revenue baseline, based on the above elements.
• Develop knowledge and support coordination of performance measurement and earned value plan and updates during execution. Elevate for review by PC Lead as required.

As a Legal Onboarding & Business Junior Officer you will:

• Assist the team with the coordination and preparation of fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in alternative asset classes e.g. real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure, as well as Corporate structures with the guidance of your line manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates daily with their respective Planners, inform them on a significant change, issues, concerns and provides projection on a per package per lot basis with thorough analysis.
• Prepare/Assess daily detailed report per operation per Planned Completion Date and send out priority loading to Operations and Planner for review and reference.
• Reviews/analyzes daily late lots and work in process, provide alternative courses of action regarding production flow variation.
• Coordinates with support group Material Review Board on issues on a lot per lot basis regarding the disposition and other investigation going on as a basis on changes and improving Planned Completion Dates as part of Maintaining a reliable commitments that may vary depending on the final disposition by the Management.
• Ensures accurate work in process movements, i.e. actual lot location against Oracle/Camstar status.
• Coordinate priority revision notices per Planner feedback and ensures the Planned Completion Dates are updated in Oracle.
• Reviews commitments and provide heads up review to respective Planner on the issues that may affect the Planned Completion Dates and provides changes and updates any progress with the Planner.
• Performs All Shipment related Oracle transaction properly Performs document reviews Bonding Diagrams, CAS to ensure all are tally in actual against production use.
