Job Summary

The role involves overseeing the development of application designs and programs with varying levels of complexity, ensuring that they align with approved business specifications, regulatory guidelines, and company standards. In addition to managing a small team of developers, they actively contribute to the development process themselves.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for communications and coordination with key project stakeholders
• Collaborates with the Business to provide design inputs and estimates in the preparation of requirements documents
• Documents system design and program specification in technical design documents
• Writes programs and codes based on approved solution plan documents
• Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure program performance per design at the unit level
• Contributes to quality, process and continuous improvement activities across all tasks and deliverables
• Coordinates with vendors or conducts its own investigation and resolution of errors reported during SIT and UAT
• Performs the above function in compliance with software development lifecycle standards of the company

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial part in the team as a key player in our recruitment process - you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill a variety of roles within our

organization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their manpower needs and challenges.
• Achieve hiring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to help improve the hiring process and the candidate experience.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

As the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to Boldr’s leadership, driving organizational success through people strategies. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align People initiatives with business goals, ensuring Boldr remains a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Your focus will be on enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and creating scalable solutions that support growth and development. • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on organizational design, culture, and people-related decisions.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute cyclical People programs (i.e. compensation & performance cycles)
• Partner with leaders on strategies that support organizational objectives, drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.
• Lead initiatives that foster development, equipping leaders to effectively manage, inspire, and grow their teams.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders and team members, handling sensitive issues with empathy, discretion, and expertise.
• Provide guidance on performance management processes, including disciplinary actions, to ensure they are fair, consistent, and aligned with Boldr’s values and legal standards.
• Act as a key advisor on complex employee relations issues, ensuring that all actions taken are legally compliant, ethically sound, and support a positive workplace culture.
