POSITION SUMMARY

As a Product Support Engineer, Tier 1, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing challenges or issues with our products. Your role will involve diagnosing problems, guiding customers through solutions, and escalating more complex issues to higher tiers when necessary. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality support services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to customers in resolving problems and configuration issues.
• Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, such as Tier 2 or development, while ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and customer experience based on feedback.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to enable customers to troubleshoot common problems independently.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge about new product features and technical solutions.
• Working with a KCS program creating, contributing and maintaining knowledge base articles
• Ability to create, work and update Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)* 
• On Call and shift work may be required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them clearly to non-technical customers.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification in relevant technologies or products.
• Experience with remote support tools and remote troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of scripting languages or programming skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.).

• Working closely with the client on the merchandising of the products creating CADs, mood boards, 
• learning about various trends that are in the furniture marketplace that the company can build off of
• Must have a strong eye for design.
• Image editing, good skills in Photoshop, good sense for home furnishing. Will be working with design teams on new product offerings and finding inspiration.

The Production Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the America’s Production Design Team through the creation of production design deliverables. The role will report directly to a Manila-based Production Design Supervisor and will utilize branded templates to create, manage, and edit high-quality production design materials in support of new and existing business opportunities. Production Design Specialists will coordinate with their Supervisor to ensure the timely completion of requests that align with brand standards.

A successful candidate has a knowledge of marketing design and production processes and demonstrates a proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables to various requestors.

Core Responsibilities:

The Production Design Specialist will:

• Under general direction, complete template-based, production design deliverables such as proposals, presentations, flyers, and brochures
• Effectively utilize Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe InDesign to execute requests in a manner aligned with template directions and Cushman and Wakefield brand standards
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and peer Specialists to understand assigned tasks, requestor expectations, and timelines
• Maintain an eagerness to expand individual skillsets through utilizing company resources and leaning into areas of improvement
• Identify areas of improvement throughout the team, and escalate ideas/solutions accordingly

Experience and Skills:

• Graduate of a multimedia design course

Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing capability per processes. Provides weekly schedule based on master production schedule and monitors work in process in line with the released work order and weekly production schedule.
