About the role:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the client on the merchandising of the products creating CADs, mood boards, 
• learning about various trends that are in the furniture marketplace that the company can build off of
• Must have a strong eye for design.
• Image editing, good skills in Photoshop, good sense for home furnishing. Will be working with design teams on new product offerings and finding inspiration.

• 2-3+ years of experience in the same role
• Photoshop experience
• 3d Max for rendering - would be a plus but not required
• Personality: more of a self-start, take initiative, start ideas
• Experience in logo design and graphic design is a plus
• Strong English proficiency is required
• Portfolio is required

Position : Product Specialist

Work Hours (Client) : M-F, 8 am to 5 pm, EST

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting new product development process: new item and SKUs set-up, item stage, and web content updates
• Facilitate item lifecycle updates: item attributes management, maintenance and communications,
• Maintaining cost and retail updates, proof item details
• Supporting the Product Management team with product presentations, product launches, product turnovers
• Support data integrity: division, top category, item, and SKU details and data clean-up projects
• Work with vendors to receive information and make updates
• Follow-up with vendors as requested, for colors, samples, pricing, MOQs, etc.
• Work with internal and external partners
• Special projects as requested

• At least 2 years of experience 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Familiarity with Click Up or other project management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills along with the ability to make decisions, often with limited data
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes quickly
• A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and quick-to-learn

Main Responsibilities

• Be involved with the Client Management and Migration teams to onboard new clients and client information onto the company platform
• Assist clients with incentive scheme related queries and in using the system
• Participate in the development of new and existing features, including feature conception, design and wireframing tasks. Interact with the developers and clients to ensure the features are successfully implemented and signed off between stakeholders.
• Implement and advise on the technical aspects of company's share plan product
• Maintain client relationships and offer new or existing solutions to existing clients

• 3 – 6 years of experience in Product and Client Management

• Strong Excel skills are a prerequisite

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Capable of leading client meetings
• Adept at working in both team environments and alone (self-starter)

• Proven experience as a Product Designer
• Proficient in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating both UI and UX skills
• Good problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
