As a Manufacturing Audit Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality of reports delivered to our customers driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

You will be in direct contact with customers where clarification or update of protocol are required. Monthly KPI data preparation and review will be required. You will also support the audit team in achieving timely delivery of reports.

You will be responsible for training of auditors to ensure the consistency of reports submitted in terms of quality.

You will be directly reporting to the Manufacturing Audit Manager.

Key responsbilities include:

• Review Manufacturing Audit Reports to evaluate if they meet our clients‘ requirements.

• Communicate any report issues and recommendations to our certification team.

• Follow-up on necessary corrective action

• Provide technical expertise and advice to our teams and our clients.

• Preparation and update of new Manufacturing Audit Protocol.

• Preparation of training material for auditors.

• Participation and preparation of KPI for customer’s meeting where required.

• Other tasks arranged by the management team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher Diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent semicon experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization utilizing basic statistical methods and SPC
• Knowledge on the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments such as MSA and FMEA

Salary: P120,000 to P150,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Web eCommerce web platform technical specialist in WORDPRESS and WooCommerce.
• Web development proficiency in UX/UI/RWD/Programming.
• Candidate must have previous experience in working with advanced technical aspects on multi-site platforms/websites.
• Have strong knowledge regarding SEO and managing website content at optimum SEO levels.

Nice to Have:

• Have knowledge and demonstrated skills with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop.
• Have understanding and proficiency in working with raster and vector images, e.g. image altering and resizing, using different file formats.
• Have knowledge and experience in different colour types (RGB/CMYK/PMS/HEX) and have an understanding of print ready terms such as bleed/crop marks/ink coverage.

• Web development and ongoing evolvement of our Website: Career Image and Trademark Workwear – Migration our present ePages platform to a WORDPRESS platform.
• Technical Oversight and Support for WORDPRESS online content including the future automation of data inflow/outflows with ERP System.
• Technical Support for KOGAN online content (trading as Trademark Workwear) including the future automation of data inflow/outflows with ERP System.
• Technical Support for eBay online content (trading as Trademark Workwear) including the future automation of data inflow/outflows with ERP System.
