The Product Manager, Value-Added Services will support Product VAS Lead in driving the growth of our Product VAS portfolio across all Product VAS categories such as Risk and Data Solutions, Issuing and Acceptance Solutions, and Network Solutions. The position will have significant interaction with IPVMC cluster and Regional Hub Product teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams within Visa such as Sales, Risk, Finance, Consulting and Analytics, and Client Services.

Important to the role are a deep understanding of the payments landscape, a customer-obsessed mindset to understand our clients’ needs, and a strong business acumen to achieve long-term growth. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive VAS revenue and goals by working with market and regional Product teams, Sales teams, and other relevant cross-functional teams and stakeholders,
• Develop and execute VAS strategies to accelerate the growth of VAS in Philippines ,
• Support pre- and post-sales engagements including but not limited to evaluating potential opportunities, creating client pipeline, and executing against sales plans,
• Execute activities throughout the sales cycle such as sales pitch, product demos/webinars, commercial offer, contracting, optimization, and audit management,
• Support the launch of new product initiatives, product enhancements, and acceleration plans,
• Assess the feasibility of rolling out new products and solutions into the cluster, understand and provide local market requirements that will influence the global product roadmap, and develop go-to-market and commercialization plans,
• Engage with clients during & post the sales journey to pitch, negotiate commercials and showcase value from usage
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

We are looking for a Product Manager with solid experience in the fintech sector, capable of managing complex projects with a particular focus on regulations and financial market standards. The role involves analyzing requirements, identifying target solutions, define pricing and go-to-market approach, oversighting of implementation activities.

Your key tasks 

• Analyze business and technical requirements, with a focus on financial regulations and industry standards.
• Plan and oversight implementation activities, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-value products and solutions.

Business Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase market acceptance of the entire assigned product portfolio and strengthen the 'Santen' corporate brand in the Philippines.
• Understand the corporate marketing strategy and tailor it to local policies, devising strategies for pricing, product positioning, promotion, and sales channels to effectively reach target customer segments
• Formulate operational plans and budgets for the assigned product portfolio, aligning them with customer needs, business objectives, and country strategy, ensuring approval and successful implementation.
• Oversee the tactical plan for products, including program development, advertising, and sales support materials, ensuring the creation and management of diverse promotional materials to meet various customer requirements.

Driving Financial Performance:

• Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and managing the A&P (Advertisement & Promotion) and S&M (Sales & Marketing) campaign budget for the entire assigned product portfolio, including samples and marketing-initiated internal training
• Project sales forecasts and manage inventory levels effectively to support smooth supply chain management in collaboration with company RA/QA, SCM, and distributor teams.
• Forecast product sales and market growth, engaging in strategic planning and life-cycle management to maximize product performance.
• Manage the advertising and promotion budget efficiently to optimize marketing initiatives and drive financial success.

Other Responsibilities:

• Support and train Medical Representatives on product portfolios and commercial excellence intitiatives to ensure effective interactions with medical professionals, enhancing product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by immediate superiors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
• Operate at the Product Manager level with confidence and sophistication, delivering plans and executions independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across Santen Philippines and collaborate with the Regional Patient Journey Solution team to align with regional strategies and objectives.

• Champion a customer-first approach in all product decisions and ensure that user feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.
• Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market research to drive informed decision-making processes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, iterating on features to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a unified product vision and seamless execution.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing across departments.

• Bachelors of any 4-year course. Preferably Information Technology, Management Engineering, Marketing but not required 
• Minimum of 4 years of SOLID Product Management Experience 
• Familiarity with the transportation or on-demand services industry is advantageous.
