Position Summary

The Visa Disputes Product Management team designs, implements, and manages on-behalf-of dispute products targeting Visa issuers throughout the world. We are seeking a Product Manager, Issuer Disputes Platform Management with the vision, passion, and commitment to support global product strategy.

As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support tech projects for the Issuer Disputes Product Management Team, overseeing parts of the technical project lifecycle from inception to deployment. Success in this role requires the ability to cultivate both internal and external client relationships and manage multiple projects concurrently.

A key part of your role will be assisting in translating business processes into robust requirements, ensuring the information is understandable to technology Program Managers, Product offices, and business operations partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology Program Managers to facilitate projects from inception to end-user delivery, including post-deployment support for tool enhancements, fixes, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to comprehend business needs and requirements. Assist in delivering data-driven insights and results in a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD).
• Support project teams effectively with some supervision, ensuring timely completion of projects within the allocated budget.
• Assist in refining user stories to develop functional requirements and/or solution design documentation.
• Work closely with Client Services teams, technology partners, product owners, and other stakeholders to define problems, develop business cases, select solutions, elaborate on requirements, and oversee development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive operational efficiency by assisting in initiating innovative solutions to optimize issuer dispute operational tools, focusing on reducing ownership/usage costs and maximizing return on investment.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to business partners, explaining deployment, usage, fit within the overall technology architecture, and alignment with systems strategy.
• Analyze and merge data from various sources, resolving any discrepancies.
• Decompose complex, high-level information into detailed components.
• Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the issuer dispute space, including internal strategies, stakeholder systems, processes, consumer regulatory impacts, and client needs.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The Product Manager, Value-Added Services will support Product VAS Lead in driving the growth of our Product VAS portfolio across all Product VAS categories such as Risk and Data Solutions, Issuing and Acceptance Solutions, and Network Solutions. The position will have significant interaction with IPVMC cluster and Regional Hub Product teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams within Visa such as Sales, Risk, Finance, Consulting and Analytics, and Client Services.

Important to the role are a deep understanding of the payments landscape, a customer-obsessed mindset to understand our clients’ needs, and a strong business acumen to achieve long-term growth. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive VAS revenue and goals by working with market and regional Product teams, Sales teams, and other relevant cross-functional teams and stakeholders,
• Develop and execute VAS strategies to accelerate the growth of VAS in Philippines ,
• Support pre- and post-sales engagements including but not limited to evaluating potential opportunities, creating client pipeline, and executing against sales plans,
• Execute activities throughout the sales cycle such as sales pitch, product demos/webinars, commercial offer, contracting, optimization, and audit management,
• Support the launch of new product initiatives, product enhancements, and acceleration plans,
• Assess the feasibility of rolling out new products and solutions into the cluster, understand and provide local market requirements that will influence the global product roadmap, and develop go-to-market and commercialization plans,
• Engage with clients during & post the sales journey to pitch, negotiate commercials and showcase value from usage
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.

JOB SUMMARY:

Production Associate is under the supervision of Flour Mill Production Supervisor. Ensures that additive requirements of all brands are being met and all documented procedures are being followed.                    

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Flour additive dosing and control

1. Coordinates with the production supervisor on the flour to produce and additive to add.
2. Conduct feed rate per additive feeder as required in SOP.
3. Ensures that correct dosage of additive is being added to flour as per required by Feed Rate of Flour Additives given by QA.
4. Ensures that all additive feeders are running normally and accurately.

Chlorine Addition Micro

5. Ensures that the correct amount of chlorine is added for AP/CF and other flour requiring chlorine as per pH requirement set by QA.
6. Operate the chlorine addition facility. Ensure that all machines are running normally.
7. Ensures that all chlorine tanks are properly and safely closed during shutdowns.
8. Monitor chlorine header pressure. Ensure that actions are immediately taken when the chlorine tank is emptied.
9. Facilitate installation of spare chlorine tank when a tank is emptied.

Packing Operation

10. Checks and monitors flour blending ratio. Ensure that it complies with the formulation set by QA.
11. Take a random slick test on pack out flour to see if it conforms to the standard reference.
12. Conduct moisture analysis of flour as required by the sampling schedule. Record and submit to QA.

Inventory Management

13. Withdraws flour additives from QA Laboratory.
14. Maintains inventory records of on-hand additives and performs physical count.
15. Maintains inventory records of on-hand chlorine tanks.
16. Monitor daily usage and ensure that actual usage is the same with theoretical usage.
17. Ensures proper storage of on-hand additives.

Other Duties

18. Monitors CCP as per required in the quality plan.
19. Prepares the Flour Mill Associate's Report.
20. Ensures the cleanliness of the areas assigned.
21. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
22. Ensures compliance to food safety, good housekeeping and quality management system based on the standards of 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal and ISO.
