Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Supervisor will lead the development and execution of local marketing activities and campaigns for pet food and specialty nutrition products. This role encompasses a blend of creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities aimed at promoting products and services. The incumbent will collaborate closely with various departments such as production, sales, and supply chain, contributing significantly to fostering a B2C Pet food mindset and culture internally.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy and Program Creation:

• Propose comprehensive marketing plans encompassing both offline and online strategies.
• Execute and evaluate strategies and tactics including objectives, programs, and budgets.
• Oversee the development and deployment of national marketing campaigns including packaging designs and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
• Review category performance regularly and recommend corrective action plans as needed

Promotional Activities

• Develop and execute promotional ground activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure perfect product display in offline stores, including POSM applications.
• Organize internal and external events such as product exhibitions to drive brand awareness.

Digital Optimization:

• Maintain and optimize online digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and websites.
• Manage social media campaigns, content planning, and engagement, potentially in collaboration with digital agencies.

Content Development and Execution:

• Write and proofread creative copies for brochures and other marketing tools.
• Develop campaign execution briefs and execute brand communications across various media channels.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and media agencies to deploy communication assets effectively.

Analysis & Insighting:

• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats in the pet food market.
• Conduct post-promotion analysis to optimize future promotional activities.
• Provide insights to shape strategic decisions and positioning strategies for the brand.
• Analyze internal sales, market shares, and other brand health indicators.
• Conduct consumer research to gain actionable insights and drive growth strategies

Resource Management & Collaboration:

• Monitor product category resources and budget management.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment in operationalizing product marketing plans.
• Support marketing team projects and improvements as assigned.

• This position will be responsible to support the food group and country operations with their Agribusiness development of the assigned product or category - Poultry.
• He/She will be responsible with regards to product innovation and create or manage new ranges utilizing market studies to validate concepts and ideas. 
• This position will work closely with the Research & Technology Development team bridging them with the local Sales Team. Coordinate with Brand and Reputation, Market Research, local Marketing representatives and /or teams to help develop product brands and support the activation of these brands in the market. He/She will also partner with the Sales Managers / Teams and ensure relevance of launches / products in the identified sales channels - both offline and online.
• As the Product / Category leader for Poultry - the Product Marketing Manager will be in charge of product marketing and will interface with key stakeholders to ensure success in the market.
• The incumbent is expected to share his/her Agribusiness/Feeds expertise, enabling the food group meet its mission of feeding humanity.

Key Tasks

1. Lead / Facilitate Assigned Product/Category - Lead and facilitate key stakeholders in managing the assigned segment across the food group.
2. Market Research - Work with the Market Research Manager in gathering market data and competitive intelligence for assigned segments; translate these into relevant insights to serve as the foundation for new concepts and innovation
3. Category Development - Have a clear understanding of the products, markets & consumers to enable him/her to grow the category for the food group by identifying opportunities and appropriate products and innovation for the market
4. Product Management - Work with the Research & Technical Development team with regards to technical product development.  Be able to take care of product information ensuring adherence to set regulations; he/she will identify the key product features, benefits and reasons to believe from a technical product point of view; these can be then translated into relevant story telling ℅ the Brand Team
5. Packaging Development - Lead the packaging aspects taking into account local market needs / costs / social requirements
6. Pricing / P&L / Budget Management - Will co-own the P&L of assigned products and categories. He/she will be responsible for total category budget management and will be in close partnership with the Research & Technical Development team, Brand, Marketing and Sales teams to help drive and support brand activation in identified key channels
7. Help Manage and maximize opportunities in the identified sales channels - offline and online. Will work closely with the Sales, Trade Marketing, E-commerce and Brand teams.

• Supports the Product Managers in successfully managing the product core segments and provide sales support in areas such as product launches, promotional campaigns, customer submissions/promotions, Point Of Sale, customer events and related activities
• Provides administrative support to the Marketing team– purchasing processes and business procedures (to include material creation, End of Life, Special Orders & price maintenance WorkOns), promotool, data updates (to B2B Portal, MPE and B-ECOS)
• Supports event organization and implementation including logistics, setup and giveaways
• Provides administrative support to the marketing team– purchasing processes and business procedures
• Reporting of stock management (including SOH & SIT)
• Control & maintenance of purchase order process for brand teams (Framework, Free Text and EPSA POs)
• Competitor research and preparation in format for use by the product management team (competitor landscapes pricing & specifications)
• Ensures all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly

About the job:

• Plans and prepares the production schedule for manufacturing. Analyzes moderately complex production specifications and plant capacity to provide inputs that determine processes, tools, materials, and labor requirements. (60%)
• Draws conclusions on potential improvement strategies for review with the production planning team. Recommendations may be shared with the business. (25%)
• Tracks changes to production schedule to monitor if production schedules are meeting set goals. (10%)
• Collects data/inputs needed to create the production schedules. (5%)

You will own product marketing strategy and messaging for our customer service software, drive product launches, craft positioning, and enable sales. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure Helpshift delivers remarkable experiences for customers. What you'll do:

• You will help analyze the needs of different customer types, refine target personas, segmentation, and ideal customer profiles.
