• Works under direct supervision performing moderately complex technical work utilizing instructions, drawings, sketches and results from computer systems and schematics.  
• May be involved in training and supervising technical personnel.  
• May perform some data entry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install software and hardware products. Network troubleshooting including patching and tracing network line.
• Practical PC troubleshooting and problem analysis of software and hardware.
• Support users with remote applications such as VNC, DameWare & Remote Desktop Connection.
• Support Windows environment such as Windows XP and higher versions of operating systems.
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory user and computer management. Knowledgeable in ticketing system such as Service Desk.
• Assist in implementing practices that will more effectively utilize IT resources.
• Process purchase requisitions of IT peripherals.
• Assist in the implementations of projects and solutions for production use.
• Lead in housekeeping and disposal of defective IT peripherals.
• Generate reports for performance tracking.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 year technology graduate / at least 2 year experience in related field
• Eexperience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

• Knowledge of the use of latest CAD and Sketch up software.
• Has experience in drafting Electrical (Power Distribution Systems such as Overhead or Underground) and Telecommunications including Auxiliary Systems
• Ability to initiate, coordinate, provide follow-up from within project teams (engineering staffs and sub consultants.)
• Understand the importance of timeliness to internal and external clients. Achieve reliability and credibility in regard to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team. Maintaining good communications and goodwill with all project team members.
• Time management skills
• Well organized
• Have an appreciation of project costs. Maintain work within project budgets.
