- Execute marketing operations communication strategies and plans to support business objectives and goals to drive biker supply
- Implement communication strategies to increase biker leads, conversion rates, and retention rates through in-app communications and relevant messaging platforms used by Bikers
- Plan and strategize communications plan for different marketing channels in order to drive engagement and conversion effectively to the bikers
- Analyze biker funnel based on targeted communication plan, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Work with creative team to coordinate and execute local and branding events
- Use biker feedback via FGDs to improve funnel conversion and biker engagement
- Monitor all communication related channels (telegram and in-app) for biker communities, tracking engagement and reach metrics for the biker audience
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for biker communications initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant fields such as Marketing, business administration/management
- Have a deep understanding of local market behavior and pain-points, especially in the transportation category in Luzon (Metro Manila, Greater Manila)
- Bonus if can speak local dialects
- Relevant working experience of above 2 years in Marketing Communications
- Excellent marketing sense, strong communication skills in the assigned coverage area
- Optimistic, self-starter, and resilient
