What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated focus on customer service excellence
- Proven experience in administrative tasks such as retrieving, maintaining, and processing documents related to various IT services, accounts, invoices, job sheets, expenses, and licensing
- Skilled in MS Excel (populating and maintaining spreadsheets)
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Background in IT Infrastructure and Vendor Management
What will you do?
- Order and maintain records of telecommunication and data services such as Telephone, Cellular, FAX, NBN, Fibre
- Ensure all IT accounts are paid in full and on time - Retrieve, record and process IT Invoices and communicate with vendors when required
- Maintain application licenses, and procurement of licences
- Evaluating and processing of external documentation - Change of Ownership forms, Purchase orders and associated approvals
- Maintain purchases made by the department and adhering to payment terms and conditions
- Maintain contract database and vendor details are as up to date as possible in service now
- Proactively initiating and developing methods of improving team processes, practices, systems, toolsets, infrastructure standard operating procedures, designs and builds
- Provide quality information to the IT Vendor Manager in all areas of responsibilities
- Assist with escalated complex tickets
- Implementation of new services as part of projects and business initiatives
