Role Overview
The Operations Manager role is to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we trust you to help the client remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage cold email campaigns with a focus on achieving a minimum 10% reply rate.
- Demonstrate expertise in cold emailing, including sending a high volume of emails daily using automated software.
- Build and optimize systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cold email outreach.
- Display strong technical proficiency and a knack for utilizing technology to streamline operations.
- Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, ensuring campaigns are targeted and impactful.
- Exhibit resourcefulness and autonomy in implementing and improving cold email strategies.
- Work with a high sense of urgency, delivering timely and impactful results.
- Proven success in implementing cold email campaigns with a minimum 10% reply rate.
- Extensive experience in sending thousands of emails daily using automated software.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to build and optimize systems for efficient operations.
- Familiarity or experience working with AI tools.
