Reporting to the Group Brand Manager for Farms/Meats, the Brand Portfolio Manager for VAM is responsible for the holistic category and brand marketing management of the Food Group’s Prepared Meats, also known as Value-Added Meats (VAM) products. This involves the creation and launch of new brands, products, and the support of existing ones in the category portfolio. This is an integrated brand and product management role, and the candidate will have an opportunity to drive business growth while continuing to hone their marketing and brand management skills.

The role is responsible to fulfill the brand management role for Pilmico Farms and The Good Meat’s Prepared Meats and VAM products, including but not limited to the following functional responsibilities :

• Market and Consumer Understanding (Market Sizing, Brand and Segment Shares, Competitor Analysis, Channel Analysis, Consumer Insight)
• Brand Strategic Planning including Range Extensions (Brand Identity, Brand Vision, Brand Architecture, Portfolio Management, Product Portfolio Strategy)
• Innovation and New Product Development (Idea Generation to Commercialization and post-launch evaluation)
• Brand Profitability (P&L Planning and Management, Revenue Achievement, Pricing and COGS Management, A&P Control) and market share delivery

Foreign Exchange Management:

• Monitor and manage the Company’s foreign currency exposure and execute hedging strategies according to the Company’s policy.
• Execute FX transactions to manage the company’s foreign currency needs.
• Forecast USD and third currency requirements ensuring sufficient liquidity of the accounts managed.
• Analyze FX market trends and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable FX rates and manage FX deals.
• Stay informed about any updates to BSP regulations regarding foreign currency exchange transactions to ensure the Company executes transactions in compliance with both banking and BSP regulations.

Cash Management:

• Oversee daily cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet the company’s operational needs.
• Manage short-term investments and working capital to optimize returns.
• Perform cash forecasting to anticipate future liquidity needs and identify funding gaps.
• Collaborate with ACPC, Sales, Procurement, and Credit and Collections team to optimize cash flow processes and minimize cash holding costs.

Debt Management

• Oversee and manage the company’s debt obligations, ensuring timely loan repayments, effective interest rate management, and compliance with financial covenants.
• Support the negotiation and structuring of debt facilities to ensure they align with the company’s overall financial strategy.
• Evaluate the company’s debt portfolio, optimize debt levels, and propose strategies to reduce financing costs.
• Regularly prepare detailed reports on debt positions and offer recommendations for refinancing and debt consolidation opportunities.

Bank Relationship Management:

• Build and strengthen relationships with banking partners for FX and cash management services:
• Ensure adherence to banking agreements and monitor associated fees and services
• Manage the opening and upkeep of bank accounts.

Risk Management:

• Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with FX, liquidity, and debt, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Continuously review and enhance hedging, cash flow management, and debt servicing approaches to reduce exposure to market volatility and financial uncertainty.

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Support the automation and optimization of treasury processes and systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve treasury operations.

Reporting to the Trade Channel Marketing Manager, the Channel Lead role is responsible for developing the category route-to-market strategy: analyzing, understanding, driving, and creating new avenues for sales growth, and new opportunities for making available the category’s brands, products, and services to customers/shoppers/ consumers. This role works closely with the brand category marketing teams and the field sales teams, to undertake the critical operations that translate brand and category marketing strategies and plans into detailed operational activities and guidelines, for effective and optimized execution across the various sales channels.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead growth strategy development for trade channels and routes-to-market for the company’s brands and products.

2. Set guidance for field sales and retail operations teams to execute the marketing strategy and programs in the trade channels and the route-to-market.

3. Set volume forecast, volume allocation plans, and pricing execution detail for the sales team, as aligned with the brand marketing team.

The AQUA SOLUTIONS MANAGER (ASM) is responsible for generating volume and sustainable growth of
Pilmico’s aqua feed, both in the Finfish and Shrimp segment. He/She should be on top in the management,
execution and monitoring of all sales, technical and business aspect of Aqua Feeds ensuring sales leadersip
in the market. He/She is responsible for enrollment of new accounts and managing a healthy, profitable
and sustainable business for each account.
ASM is also responsible in giving technical assistance to the customers to ensure business growth,
sustainability and profitability that will redound to Pilmico’s brand value.

The Inbound Logistics SAP SME Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of Inbound Logistics functions - incoming materials deliveries, storage and materials management, handling and distribution) to achieve greater efficiency and productivity via close coordination with all the relevant stakeholders and manage the resources to meet both business and customer requirements. He/she ensures
development and implementation of operational strategies to achieve business goals, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He/she is a person of high integrity and is loyal to the company.

The Key Accounts Manager for Large Farm is responsible for generating and cultivating an increasingly loyal customer base of farm feed and animal health products for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation through active selling, technical training activities and establishing relationships with industry stakeholders, farm owners, and potential customers.

This role will also be the technical and sales resource person in subjects pertaining to the segment; is involved in gaining and sharing knowledge to the sales team, distributors and other entities. He/she will be in charge of the growing market share for all large farms within his/her specified scope of coverage.

The People Services Manager leads and oversees the delivery of efficient, accurate, and effective services of the People Services team to all employees in the organization. He/She ensures the delivery of high-quality HR support, including HR administration, employee data management, employee inquiries, and HR process improvement initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations

• Oversees the end-to-end HR service delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Monitors service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence.
• Continuously evaluates and improves HR service delivery, identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and cost savings.

• The Tax Manager is responsible for the management and compliance of tax regulations of Food Group Ph and any future subsidiaries.The area of coverage includes all areas in the Philippines where the Food Group Ph operates and intends to operate.
• The incumbent shall introduce a comprehensive tax guideline, best tax practices and planning techniques, ensures that the Group is kept fully abreast of the changes and impact of relevant tax knowledge, developments and requirements, providing appropriate oral and written interpretations to avoid any exposure to tax risks and optimization of tax savings. 
• The incumbent assists and advises the Group’s Controller in the optimization of the Group’s tax position by building knowledge of tax laws, relevant tax rulings and regulations and tax law developments and by promoting understanding of, compliance with tax laws through correct interpretation of these laws.
• The incumbent advises the Food Group Ph Controller and the Chief Finance Officer in leading a rapid and effective response to unanticipated situations with potential significant legal implications for the Food Group Ph.
